Wishlist

Ok, a lot of people have been asking me what I want for my birthday.
I actually dont really need presents atm..but I'll do a wishlist for fun.Just to help the people who dont know what i want..?

1.Magenetic chinese chess set(mini and portable) - I actually found out where its being sold today. I've spent a long time looking for one but I couldn't seem to find it. I wont tell you where to get it. You have to find out yourself. If I dont get it, I'll buy one myself.

2.For my family,close friends,frends and ha.....haha to wish me happy birthday?
(I'm listening to my neighbour's sister's birthday song as I type this...heh BF...)

3.Hmmmm...one thing that I want, but will only accept it from my parents, is the Perfect Pitch Program on wwww.singingsuccess.com. I won't accept from friends cos its way too expensive..however, I don't think that my parents would get it..so I have to work my full ten days before getting it on my own.Same goes for the iPod video..lol

4.A new elec guitar(impossible)

5.Stevie wonder's CD cos I've heard he's a good singer and I want to listen to his style...Christian CDs are also good...but I'm afraid I have most of the CDs...im actually looking for christian Male vocal singers who are good.

Sidetracking here for awhile, let me tell you why I'm so outdated and almost never know the songs being played on the radio. After post encounter in Primary 5, I made my decision to stop listening to secular music and mroe of christian music. I believe music, is something created by God and is something that one day, will be used only for His Namesake. I don't intend to follow the World's style of music..thats why I'm so outdated and only know songs from planetshakers/delirious/hillsongs. Although, I do recognise tunes from popular songs.
Another area I've been looking into is chinese songs, cos the dynamics are really different. Anyway, to sum it up, my kind of music, is gospel christian music. Go revival, be blessed and write more songs to glorify God!

The best present you can give is to at least wish me happy birthday, cos it means a lot to me. It tells me that I have a friend who bothers and blessed that friend shall be.

Monday

Hey..haven't posted in a long time. Just to let you guys know, i've found a job as a door-to-door salesman. Working hours are 9-6 Mon-sat(sat half day). Its not bad and i look forward to gaining the experience.

Anyway, this is a post about yesterday. After I left my house in the morning, I met Derek at the family clinic..lol..then I told him I was going mac..I reached mac, bought my food, ate, and studied chess until Derek came. Totally off form, I lost two matches and draw two matches. Then Esther showed up and left as quickly as she came. Yi xi and his friend showed up too. After that..I left mac to go to the bus stop and meet latecomer number 1. Grace. lol..we arranged to meet at 1145..but we only met at ard 12...stupid girl =P...we took 133 to suntec, and walked around the area..erm..we walked into carrefour..walked around the whole place..then we walked into toys'r'us and we saw this really cute spiderman..lol. I took a video of it..maybe might upload later.

After walking around for about an hour and a half, latecomer number 2, sharon, arrived..blaming latecomer number 1 for asking her to take her time. lol..we went back into carrefour..i saw this really funny book..called star warped. A parody of star wars...

The news report:
The Dark Father(darthvader -.-) killed another member of the senate today. To say it was cool, is an understatement. IT WAS WAY COOL!!! He just rose his hand and made a grip like he was trying to test whether a sweet potato was cooked or not. The victim rose up and started choking as well. Then he died(I summarised it cos i cant rmb much..its really funny though)

Luke:I dont get it. Why did Dark Father have to raise his hand to kill the guy?Isn't it much cooler to keep his hands in his pocket and kill him telepathically? I dont get the raise-his-hand bit.

Then sharon and grace went for an interview.And i had my lunch.I have the super ability to entertain myself. I visited a professional toys store..i saw the various lightsaber hilts and an actual life size figure of yoda.i love yoda...he's so cute! then i saw different toys Kong(they had a kong chess set!?),pirates of the carribean,LOTR,Star Wars and spidey..lol. so cool. Then i went to carrefour and played with the keyboards on sale(the piano..not the computer -.-) Then they were done and we walked to marina square...ended up in kiddy palace playing with toys.. XD

Then we went home. I hung out in mac till about 9...with no one..just messing with my breakthrough card system =/ and here i am. awake on a tuesday morning..all ready to go JAMMING WITH REVIVAL! WOOO! heh.

aahm..i must be crazy. suddenly i've become a study freak and keep studying so much. here's the events from ytd. At 9, i went to mac..and grace was alr there o.O (so hardworking..) then i had breakfast...then xavier and guo jun came from sch and were dicussing the class bbq plans with me...(i dont know why? but im their first person to register) and then we tried so hard to solve a math qn...haha..then i got a breakthrough..hmm..then after awhile..wan ling came..and she started doing MY MATH..=/ and so i went to talk to water girl..lol..then a lot of people xiang wai wai..right wg? lol. hmm..then wait very long for dickson to come...while waiting..i met this new friend named mandl who's also a magician...so i watched him do some tricks and fluorishes. then sharon borrowed my cards to practice how to do a thumb fan (really not bad for first timer..lol) ah..then dickson came finally..and we got to work...not long after..i received a msg from blur queen to go get her from serangoon interchange..when i reached there..she was walking in the wrong direction trying to look for me..lol..ahm..then we went to serangoon mac. then i started answering about 5 questions before doing my work..hmm..i would say that i was productive ba..derek and ying qi came down subsequently. At 4, i was going to send monpig back but my mum asked me to carry the groceries back(how nice..it started to rain) i went back to mac with my shoes and half of my jeans wet. XD so fun -.- er...then study till 6++..then go home eat dinner (SPAGHETTI!!! WOOOHOOOOO!!!!! IN YER FACE -all those who always suan me when they eat spaghetti-..) haha..then i went back to mac to study SS. found ying qi, jasmine and mandl there *AGAIN!?* lol..jk..then we hid ying qi's mp3..and erm...derek came back down...i studied till 11+ when my bf came..haha..then mummy called and i had to go home..LOL..(so mummy's boy...XD) then i showered..and came back out..and i found out that someone is really scared to walk home by herself in the middle of the night...hahaha...kk i shant be so mean..she's doing me a big favour after all..haha..thanks bf =)

then i slept..and woke up at 6:30 (00:00-06:30) 6.5 hours of sleep..why? because the weather was so friggin cold!!!! and i refused to switch off my fan...=/ lame right? hahaha and here i am..blogging..ready to leave and meet derek,xavier and guo jun at 9...lol..guess i should be going now..

Broke my glasses

Sunday morning. 8:17..my glasses were dirty. I cleaned it. It broke. Yes, it broke. Went to church without my specs..brought my Add math TYS. I sat with crys,san,shar and denise. Then while waiting for my terribly late student(Joel Koh aka paremescium)
to arrive, I helped shar with her math and a bit of chem. Then Joel arrived and I taught him a bit on binomial expansions afterwhich he left with Ian for another tuition. Then I played chinese chess with perry then adriel..then so guy who played ping feng ma(so hard to attack in) in the first round(but i won) and he used guo gong pao in the second round where i lose and the third round was shun pao vs lie pao..and i won by luck. then he borrowed two chess sets from me so i walked around..and went in for service..it was a different kind of atmosphere..i dont know why. after service we celebrated basia's birthday (BTW happy birthday aunty basia!) and then er...i drank milo? and afterwhich i stuck around a lil longer..then went back with my lovely irritating suaning cousin rachel,jian xin, melanie,adeline. Adeline said i didnt look sec 4 -.- and rachel naturally suaned me all the way to her station. i came home and couldnt play gunz properly without my specs..but it was ok..then i called in..

Happy birthday pris

Happy birthday to my dad and pris. yesterday was blog-worthy, hence im taking the time to blog about it. I reached parkway before 2 and was playing psp while talking to claudia..then i met perry who was even earlier than me. And we sat and drank milo. Then one of the monster's whacked a female character and i said: oie..whack my girlfriend! just nice..claudia was standing behind me when i said that..i stopped playing when wee kiat came with matthew. we waited about half an hour for the latecomers(the birthday girl, organiser, vice-organiser) to arrive. then we went to east coast and tied bomb bags. I was half hoping to see rach and half hoping not to..lol.after tying for ages, i cut myself(its okay now) and then pris came..den we pulled everyone in the water. i hope i didnt overdo it..lol i apologise if i did. anw..then we went for a shower..and i was singing you're pitiful..everyone was trying to shut me up. then we went pw....the girls took sooooo long to decide on where to eat...i dont see whats wrong with a food court =/ anw...we ate at kfc and crapped alot..everyone rejected my straw heart and claudia even threw it on the floor T.T we left at ard 8..and i took a bus back(played psp and overshot my stop and had to walk home)Then i read my sms and realised that it was so late and i forgot to call danae XD ahm..then crapped till 12:30++ until her fone no more batt...den i went to brush my teeth and fell asleep while waiting for her msg which took forever to come in. haha..rachel wasnt there this time..she was at camp..on sunday night we talked until 1++ but someone pang seh danae(i wont mention that her name is rachel) and we thought she fell asleep..but she claims she 'went to take something' lol..oh well..nothing much abt today..so..guess i'll see u next time.

Pick it up!

Saturday
yeah man. morning studied..then go mac and played cc with clement..then went perry's hse..played a bit of midnight club 2 and gunz(i've seriously deproved). Then we went to expo and played more cc until Ian came, who went to buy us dinner. Then more pccing until a few more people came..then we went to look for Ian cos he took a really long time to buy the food. When we found him, there was a group of stalkers with him led by a tallgentleman, an average heighted guy and a blur looking aunty(chao yang;jiajun;basia) We went back and couldnt get back through the queue to our first position. So me and whoever was following me behind followed the yellow rope( i think joel and cheryl were behind me) Halfway through..someone in brown tapped my leg..no idea who she was =P reached the front and ate like crazy(but the doors opened so much later). When we went in, we went back to the same place and stood there...then came the same group of stalkers...had lots of fun but was generally like the day before so i wont post much about it. Although..i was happy to see ruth again after like not seeing her for so long..=) After the whole thing, when PS were playing Pick It UP, we went to the back to buy the cd and queued in the front of the autograph queue( it doesnt mean a lot to me but i thought it'll be cool to be blessed by them )Walked out with joel and the group of stalkers to the mrt..danae kept trying to trick to joel..but he's too intellectual. Corde came along to expo too. At the airport, my group and the stalkers separated..then we had our dinner at T1 BK. Took 24, most of us..except ian who took 53. Redid the song boulevard with broken dreams( or rather..notes? ) haha..crapped with cordelia till i reached home and crashed on my bed after showering. oh but some people were actually still up replying my smses at 12++...lol


Sunday
Woke up and ripped the songs from pick it up album and chatted with..one person?yup but that was online. there were a few others smsing me. I sent all the songs over then got ready for church. cabbed down cos i was late for cell..cell was quite admin today..it was behind the beaver's hse and not in front..lol. then went in for sermon..PS again!!! haha..they're good at leading us and hyping us up to jump in the presence of the Lord. The sermon was good, although i was too observant abt how ps would shake his legs when his spoke with excitement..lol. After sermon, i got greeted by a bunch of ushers but i tried to hide my face. then i met up with joel and the rest..they started playing soccer..me and sam and claud played 'who can hit sharmaine with the ball while passing' Then i left church with benson.

The new album pick it up really reminds me of what i should be doing everyday;picking up the cross and never letting go of god. my redeemer, my king..Jesus is Lord!

To the evil bully rachel, i'll get you one day

Planetshakers

Yesterday was the first day of the planetshakers concert and they rocked man. They are so much better than last year and there was lots of improvements..but of course, i heard everything they said last night, last year. lol..only the songs were different.Hmm..lets start from after school. I went home directly and changed, cabbed down to pasir ris cc and made it just on time for my chinese chess lesson. Dan was like "Very good. You're very punctual" He was a bit off yesterday cos of his test so he charged me less for not teaching well. However I did manage to learn quite a bit about the shun pao theory. After the lesson, I had my lunch(at 5-.-) and took a bus from outside wai kay's hse(bus 12) to expo. It was a very long ride for a very short distance..and it was packed with students. Upon reaching, I went along the queue and found vivien! LOL..she couldn't recognise me cos it was over 2 years..but i'll never forget that face =). Glad to have met her again. Further along the queue was Milosoft™. Then pastor announced " the second queue is open too" and we were the first to move to the front..lol. Played two games against adriel..and what Dan taught me really came in handy..hahaha..this time i beat adriel..but they were good games..anyway he really wasn't concentrating, giving free pieces away all the time. My end game is weak with double horses...sigh. Then doors open and I was running back and forth to pass tickets to grace,shawn and their cousin. I went back in, only to be greeted by two people who TRIED but failed pathetically to sneak up my back (rachel and danae) lol. then rachel started poking me, and i did the same..but she ran away? lol. then i saw lester,3sa and lydia. While the dedications were going on, i was just hanging out the back of the open space. Danae came back and offered a handshake..I thought she was doing it as an usher..but it was just another slimy trick. She had put bubble soap on her hand -.-. oh well, i did get some revenge from ian's soap. Haha, and i did it to rachel wong too. Poor her, she had to run everytime she saw me. lol...PS started with majesty and i saw somm people were lost..lol..then came..er..jump around i think? lol. and a few others like My God. Singapore was really rocking. During the sermon, i was panicking cos i couldn;t find my bag in the pile while i still had to search for claudia's. She's not very good at sign language..lol. I then remembered my bag was with asher. So during the second Jump Around, i squeezed my way to the center front. I got back my bag..and it ended. Then i met rachel and cy. she bullied me as usual..kept hitting me. For someone who bullies me to ask another person who bullies me whether i bully them is very....at least danae said no(i dont bully her)XD aye.then i went out with joel and the queue looked very very long. I then went to chat with andrea and accompanied her out to the traffic light. Subsequently, at BK(which was closed) all the levites decided to go to the airport; except the two mummy's girl who took cars home. lol..then on the platform, while waiting for the mrt, it arrived. which is not surprising cos thats what mrts are supposed to do..stop in the stations. but joel and his crew weren't there yet..lol. he started running in the opposite direction of the train and said " look im faster than the train " lol. then i called bb and asked if they were eating..they were going to changi airport too (whats up with these coincidences)Then blah blah blah to the airport and i went to meet bb and gang..took the sky train thru and fro 3 times before they came. there was a guy who turned and looked at me saying, hey, u've taken this six times. Just nice, they came in and i said, thats what im waiting for..lol. eating at bk, perry's bag went missing cos 'jiajun took it', and then took a bus back to serangoon with adriel crapping abt mr brown until he's stop and me explaining the mole concept to cordelia( my chem's strength is everyone's weakness but i suck at everything else) Then i came home and didnt turn on any lights..just showered and sleep..shall post more i think..ciao

yes, im back here posting

i havent posted in such a long time that people are starting to beg me to post. XD

Monday:
Severe headache, slept at 8. Nothing much to say

Tuesday:
Loved the A math test. Was quite easy. Spent recess and free periods playing chess

Wednesday:
Met some new people like Sok Hong and Shu Yi. Nice meeting you guys! On this day, I was very stressed because of homework

Thursday:
Loved it. Let off from sch so early. Managed to complete lots of homework

Friday:
Boring long day.

Saturday/Today:
Did homework the whole day and went to the chinese chess place in bishan at night. Learnt a lot of good moves.

I have this undescribable feeling. I'm feeling happy and sad at the same time. Anxious as if something were to occur, but relaxed in the sense that it will go fine. Tomorrow there's hospitality duty..im quite a shy guy...how am i to handle that? XD hahahahah. no seriously, im shy! what..you dont believe me? fine..zzz

Heyhey, today i had a good/terrible day. In the morning, I watched another chinese seriel..i like chinese swordsman shows. Anyway, i went to church and met the Milosoft™ at the food court where we ate. After eating, we went back to hall 9. When we reached the MRT, shinny called me (btw she came to our church today!). When I found her, she was pretending to avoid me.(or was it not pretending?) Then I saw Xian Bin and Natasha...and they asked if shinny was my gf/sister. -.- Anyway..claudia had to come out cos SOMEONE was so scared of me =/ . Ahm, worship was good, sermon was better and then came the episode which i call *suan jerald day* where claudia *mastermind*, shinny *accomplice*, sharmaine *commentator* and perry *betrayer to the males* ganged up to suan me with just ONE CUP OF MILO DINOSAUR. of course i reached a point where i got pissed, but i was okay after that..lol. it was a really short period anyway. hmm, then we left expo..and angela kept talking to me abt how i shouldnt bully girls * im so misunderstood!!!!* and also talked to me abt my sensitivity on the train? about how im really sensitive to words? i guess i am...no..i know i am sensitive..thats just underneath the joking me. Im suprised that angela knows it. So which am i? an I or a C?

A life changing experience

On wednesday, 28th June 2006, I attended a workshop on guitars and a worship concert at Faith Methodist Church. I was actually asked by my mum if I wanted to go. I thought it would be good to see what Paul Baloche had to say on worship. So I signed myself up and I thought I'd be the only person from FCBC who's going. On that day itself, I was looking through the CDs for sale and suddenly, there was a tap on my shoulder. Turning around, I saw....Daniel Wong =/ You see, Daniel is from my school and my church, and i just so happen to keep running into him. Like Saturday, after buying a book at plaza sing, I met him again at the MRT =/ Anyway, to continue about the workshop, my teacher was Ben Gowell and he taught us many cool things and was really friendly. You can also see the very pure heart of worship within him. A new thing i learnt about electric guitars, Less is More. So after the workshop, was the worship concert, which was actually a worship session. I was deeply inspired to just forget everything and worship the Lord. The next day in school, I started coming up with worship songs, but I found that I wasn't really strong and decided I needed help. So I went on Paul's website and found this book called God's Songs. After seeing the contents of what it taught, I decided to buy it. So on saturday, I first went to St nicks, for a stupid reason and I left, without accomplishing that reason, and made my way to Plaza Sing. But I was waaaayyy to early and had to eat breakfast and crap with claudia on the fone (btw thx 4 keeping me company XD) then i bought my book and went to the mrt, where I met Daniel again!!!! hahaha. So the next few days I tried my hand at writing songs again, but I couldnt really think of something to write about. Then at service yesterday, when Ps Khong was teaching about how we should just Love Jesus and Serve Jesus, I thought, there should be a song about this. The song I wrote is meant to be passed on from me to you to other people. Its not a song to God, its not really even a worship song..its a gospel song that would teach people to just love and serve jesus. Here are the lyrics of the song:

I dont know if it works for the church or anything. But I know this song works for me. It is still subject to rewriting of course..maybe I can still improve on it. Remember, a simple life is to just Love Jesus and Serve Him. =) *The aim of this song is to target the tired,weary and stressed up people who have too much in their lives.* Musicians, especially touchkids ones, I encourage you to start writing song for the Lord because you have a talent in music, so use it as your ministry. If we sing songs from Hillsongs, Planetshakers and so on and so forth, then where are the song that define our church? Where are the songs that say, this is FCBC and this is what i have to say about it. Can you take the prayers and the cries of peoples' hearts and put it in a song to offer it up to God?

Today I went to Daniel Hall, to practise my magic with ada and esse. It was quite productive even though so little people turned up. After about an hour and a half, we decided to stop. then I went to octopus and watched a few games of chinese chess. It was quite boring cos that guy keep using sun pao...whole day same formation..not fun one. Anyway, after awhile, i started playing with this old man. I was actually good enough to draw with him. Credit goes to Clement..haha. I bet when I go back to school I'll start trashing people in my class already, with all the practise I got this holiday. My goal is to beat the chinese chess club members in my class and I'll train as hard as possible. Subsequently, at octopus, I met someone who i missed seeing over the holidays, which was *butterfly*. Haha, it was such a coincidence that we met each other there. After all, we both live in serangoon but we met in marine parade.. -.- and at a coffee shop of all places. She was wearing a mickey mouse top *why am i not suprised* and a skirt. She looked super attractive lah...it was nice to see her NOT in school uniform for once..haha. okay, I posted..happy now shinny and tang mei? haha

Here come's the critical period

Hey, so like..here are the days where the most important things come up. The carnival rehearsal tomorrow, cheryl's birthday tmr, and the carnival on Sunday, the start of school on monday. Hmm today I went to daniel hall to pratise magic...only ada, esse and me were there...so pathetic. It was quite productive though. After the practise, i went to octopus and watch a few games of chinese chess. Then I played with one of the old men there. I DRAWED!!! I cant believe i was at his standard..THANK YOU CLEMENT!! haha...anyway..then afterwhich i saw someone who i really missed seeing over this holidays and that is *butterfly*..haha. She was wearing a mickey mouse shirt *why am i not suprised* and a skirt..haha, quite attractive lah..for once i dont see her in school uniform.
